Privacy Policy

This policy describes what Seawall Repair Cape Coral (the “site”) collects when you use it or submit a service request, and what happens to that information.

What is collected

When you submit the request form, the site collects the fields you provide: name, callback phone, property city or ZIP, what you are seeing, and any optional details (email, service needed, timing, canal type, wall length, property type, address or parcel, nearby structures, access notes, and description). The form also records attribution context: the landing page, referrer, UTM parameters, click identifiers when present, the submitting page path, and the browser user-agent string, plus the consent version you accepted.

Calls to the number on this site go to the routing destination described below; the site itself stores no call audio.

Where request data is stored

Form submissions are stored in a PostgreSQL database hosted on Replit infrastructure. For abuse prevention, the site stores a salted cryptographic hash of the submitting connection's IP address for rate limiting; the raw IP address is not stored with your request.

Sharing — this is a routing site

Service requests exist to be shared. When you submit a request or call, your request information may be shared with one or more third-party service providers that may be able to help. The site cannot route your request without sharing it, and it does not claim otherwise.

Notification processing

When a request is submitted, a notification email containing your request details is sent to the routing destination through Resend (or the configured notification processor at the time).

Cookies and storage

The site uses browser sessionStorage to remember first-touch attribution (landing page, referrer, campaign parameters) during your visit so it can be included with a request you choose to submit. It sets no advertising cookies of its own.

Security and retention

Request data is transmitted over HTTPS and stored in an access-controlled database. Requests are retained for as long as needed to route and follow up on them and to meet legal and record-keeping obligations, then deleted or anonymized.

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your request data by contacting the publisher via the contact page or by calling (239) 363-6649. Consent to be contacted covers the service request you submitted; tell us or the provider if you no longer want contact about it.
