Terms of Service

Effective July 27, 2026

Who operates this website

Seawall Repair Cape Coral is an independent service-request website. It publishes local information and routes service requests to third-party providers. It is not the contractor, and using the site creates no contractor-client relationship with the publisher.

No guarantees

The publisher does not guarantee a provider match, provider availability, a response, a quote, a price, a permit outcome, an engineering conclusion, a schedule, a warranty, or any work result. Submitting a request is a request — not a booking.

Provider responsibility

Any service contract is between you and the third-party provider. The provider is responsible for its field work, pricing, scheduling, permits, engineering coordination, insurance, warranties, and contract terms. Service disputes belong with the provider under the provider's contract.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information in your request and for having authority to request service at the property — as owner, or with the owner's permission.

Informational content limits

Content on this site is general information. It is not legal, engineering, structural, marine-construction, environmental, permitting, or insurance advice, and it makes no determination about any property. Decisions about a specific seawall belong with the provider, the licensed engineer, and the permitting authorities.

Intellectual property and acceptable use

Site content, graphics, and design belong to the publisher. You may use the site for personal, non-commercial evaluation of seawall services and may print the checklist for your own use. Do not scrape the site to republish it, submit false requests, probe the forms or API for vulnerabilities, or use the site to harass any person.
